Bakery Ziehm in Falkensee is looking immediately for reinforcement as a baker (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for the craft production of bread, rolls and fine pastries. In the family business since 1953, work is done with preferments, natural sourdough and natural raw materials, without industrial ready-mixes. The position is integrated into the bakehouse and the well-coordinated team and offers varied tasks with a focus on quality rather than mass production. Applicants should bring a completed baker’s apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience as well as reliability and a quality-conscious approach.
