The role covers reviewing warranty and goodwill cases, billing towards the manufacturer or internal departments, and preparing and submitting applications via manufacturer portals. The position requires further training as a motor vehicle master craftsperson or service advisor as well as professional experience in the Mercedes-Benz environment.
