The bakery and pastry shop Ziehm in Falkensee is looking immediately for a pastry chef (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for the design and production of individual cakes. In this craft family business, wedding and birthday cakes as well as sweet unique pieces are created with fondant, buttercream, modelling techniques and real ingredients instead of mass-produced goods. The role covers creative planning and implementation of customer wishes with an artistic standard in the pastry team. A pastry chef apprenticeship or comparable experience is expected, as well as careful, independent work with attention to detail.
